Subject: Low Fat pasta sauce

2-3 Zuccini sliced in circles
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1-2 cups mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Italian spices to taste
In a skillet spray non-stick spray to cover pan, saute onions and garlic.
Add mushrooms and some water to steam, then add zuccini. Let this all
steam together till pretty much cooked. Then add can of Tomatoes. Let
cook for a few more minutes till all is hot. Serve over pasta.
Optional ingredients: Sun dried tomatoes, dryed red bell peppers.
